The following terms and conditions apply to all design services offered by PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions. By requesting services from PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, whether or not you have been provided with a copy.

Copyright - Simon Robert Rayson, owner of PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions, owns the copyright of all content, materials, logos and design elements from within www.pinewoodavenue.com and www.pinewoodavenue.co.uk, unless otherwise stated. These elements may not be copied, reproduced, rewritten, published or altered in any way without written permission from PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions.

On completion of any commissioned design work, full copyright is passed to the client once payment has been received in full. However, PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions retains the right to use the final artwork in any portfolios or for marketing/advertising of our services, both on and offline.

The copyright of any earlier concepts or design ideas that may have been supplied to you to preview remains with PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions. We retain the right to use such initial concepts in future projects.

Deposit - Before undertaking projects over £300, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. If a client requires their design to be printed by myself, printing will need to be paid after the artwork has been approved and prior to the work being printed.

Price changes - PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, if a client has already commissioned any services from PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions prior to any change in prices, that commission will not be subject to any increase, but any subsequent commission may be subject to an increase.

Cancellation rights - You have a right to cancel your order at any time. In the event of cancellation you will be invoiced for the cost of the work carried out so far based on our hourly rate. If no work was completed, you will not be charged.

Payment - PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions accepts payment by BACS, cheque or cash, within 10 working days of the date on the invoice.
We reserve the right to withhold final design files until full payment has been received and cleared for a project.

Any payment returned by our bank will incur an administration charge of £25.00. This will be invoiced and added to the outstanding debt owed by the customer.

Recommended suppliers - PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions may recommend third party suppliers to work alongside us on your design project. These may include printing firms, copywriters. Should any of these companies be required, I will be happy to liaise with them on your behalf. PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions will not be held responsible for any problems or delays that may occur from using suppliers recommended by myself.

Security - PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions uses firewall and virus checking software to ensure the security of any emails or files I may send to you, from the external threat of hackers and virus infection.

Design service terms - PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions reserves the right to refuse to commit to any project that I may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise.

The acceptance of a project shall be deemed as a contractual agreement between the client and PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions. We cannot always guarantee to start work immediately on a project but will inform the client of estimated timescale's upon acceptance of the project.

Photographs, images and text supplied by the client must be the clients own or licensed for use by the client. PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions will not be held responsible for any breach of copyright or any other right caused by reproduction of materials supplied by the client.

The copyright for all material provided by PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions, such as graphics, photographs and text, will remain the property of PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions until full payment has been made.

Privacy policy - PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information we collect from you is used only to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. All information from this site will be collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

PinewoodAvenue Graphic Design & Hosting Solutions will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from ourselves at any point in the future.

The information we will collect from you in order to work on your design project includes your name, address, phone number and email address..

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing me. If you find any inaccuracies, please let us know and we will delete or correct promptly.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include the use of a "cookie" which is stored within your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
